Smoking Crystal Meth

Question: Can you smoke crystal meth through a spoon?

I looked through my brothers room and found a spoon with stuff in it, I thought it was crack at first and i got really mad and he said it was meth (which isnt really better) but yeah. Does anyone knoe if you smoke meth through a spoon?

You can, but it's better to use a bong or something else with a tube, otherwise most of it evaporates out. So if he's smoking meth, he's doing it wrong. Either way, though, he's got problems. Neither of those drugs is not something you want to fuck with.

'Smoking' a drug really means boiling it to a vapor in order to inhale it, and this can be done any number of ways. People often use pipes simply because they're shaped to contain the fumes, but if, say, a spoon is used for heating, then it's just a matter of catching them with a straw before they dissipate into the air. In any case - crack or meth - I would not judge your brother. It is his decision to make (and his room to keep his personal things in). If it makes you feel better, pressure him to do some research so that he is fully informed when making the choice. Erowid is always a good source for responsible drug use information.
