Rehab rehab rehab rehab rehab rehab rehab break pipe flush any you might have remove yourself from the environment remove yourself from friends and family that use Start doing something thats new, maybe walking, jogging, reading, yard work, volunteer, etc... find where local SA/ AAA meetings are and go get a journal and start writing about how you feel, felt, reasons to stay clean, what brought you to use make sure you don't trade one addiction for another good luck

My uncle had a friend with this problem. Go to rehab....and lose the people you hang with. It will just end up killing you in the long run. But be patient, give yourself time and just get in a GOOD program to help keep off the stuff. Good luck to whoever needs the help! It is not an easy task but it can and has been done. Rehab.. Check around your area and see if there are any free rehab programs..You can NOT quit on your own.. by going to rehab they will be able to give you tools and support to help you get off, and stay off crystal meth...And importantly separate yourself from "friends " who have the same habit..Willl say a prayer for you.. The only way to stop is to stop. Really. And you're also going to have to give up all your drug buddies. Don't worry, they won't miss you.
