Meth Use

Question: Can meth use cause this?

I have a suspicion that someone i know may be using meth and i was just wondering if foaming of the mouth was a side effect and if not what drug could cause this? he's currently in jail.... he went last night i was actually more trying to help one of my family members who is in a bad situation with this person... and she said he went crazy on her and was foaming and had sores on his arms and i have already suspected meth before she told me this

Rabies. But seriously, if you suspect drug abuse, get help for your friend. Meth is not something to screw around with.
