Meth Use

Question: Weed in the same bag meth used to be in, will i still be smoking the meth?

So, i bought bud from some tweakers, and the plastic bag they put the bud in looks like it still has little sugary stuff in it on the sides of the bag. I'm kinda worried. I know you can't smoke meth out of a weed bong but still. I don't wanna do meth.
