Meth Addiction

Question: How do i recover from meth addiction?

I'm been smoking meth for 2 years straight.. And now I'm clean for 3 months now.. How long does it take to heal and recover from this drug? I feel clean but for some reason I'm afraid to go out in public.. Its like the drug change me.. Its not I'm scare or paranoid its just I don't wanna be out in public.. Is there anything I can do to heal and recover quickly and cope with my new life style changes?

Sorry but time really is of the essence. Once you're an addict, you're an addict for life because you can be clean for 15 years & relapse. Just stay strong & give it time, find a hobby or something you use to like before your addiction. Try a N/ A meeting.

Please find NA (Narcotics Anonymous) meetings in your area. There are listings on the web, or in the phone book. There you will find others who have been where you are! Promise! It's very helpful & healing!

Honestly try finding a local church that you could go to and participate in it will keep your mind off of drugs and there are always people there to help you and try to go and find NA meetings they are very supportive
