Meth Addiction

Question: How to help another with meth addiction?

I have a freind who is addicted to meth. How can i help this individual with her problem, i tried everything. Should i just give up or try harder; i don't know please i need some help with helping her is there pointers i don't know about please i need some knowledge.

If she is not ready for help, There is absolutely nothing you can do except to wait until she is ready or give up now. If she is ready and your willing, Be prepared for the most difficult and trying task that you have ever faced. Addiction takes many years to overcome.

Well ive been through this same ordeal with several people family and partners... theres not much you can do for them unfortunatly...... unless she wants help... just let her know if shes serious bout gettin clean rehab.......................... theres a show called intervention... you should find the website and tell them ur story maybe they can help....

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I don't personally have any experience with the drug nor do I know of anyone who does. However, I saw the show "intervention " on A &E which had young woman who was addicted...it was horrible!
