Meth Addiction

Question: Does anyone know how to over come meth addiction?

Any addiction is tough to overcome. You first need to kick the physical addiction. Usually for something like meth you would need to have this done while being medically supervised. Once that is done, the real work starts. You need to work on changing your addictive thinking and the addictive behavior that you have become used to. A good thing for people who are new to recovery is to attend either AA or NA meetings pretty often. By sharing your story and also identifying with other people you will be able to see the thinking and actions in yourself that need to be changed. whatwinnersdo.com is my personal addiction recovery site. Get away from the whole drug scene... that includes friends that do it, ppl that sell it, and wen u get a craving for it ... find somethin to get that off your mind... like food, or a mate (^__^)

Love ur not additicted u rely on it u need to stop u are gnna get seriously ill go on to google and go on the effects of meth and see how u will get if ya dont stop

There is a medicine called Topamax which has had some success with addictive behaviors. If you choose to try it you will have to see a psychiatrist to allow him to determine if you would benefit from it. Topamax does not mix with alcohol, it kills.
