Question: How long does crystal meth stay in ur urine? what will help it move quicker?

So I know 5 days on the safe side. Excersice is good, but what else anything I should or shouldn't eat? Does anyone no a good, cheap something I can buy to clean my system.?? Pls any info will help.

Meth, any kind, will ruin your entire life faster than you can say a tongue twister. Don't do it at all.

I always have heard this...drink at least 2 gallons of water daily before the test and make sure when its time for the UA that you are pissing what looks like pure H2O... or go to GNC and buy Pure Blend tea...and then follow the directions..But as ALWAYS the only thing that is 100 % is staying off the shite man
