Crystal Meth

Question: How long am i going to feel the crash symptons of crystal meth?

I did a stupid thing and smoked meth about a week ago n I did it again and went on about a 4 day binge...I haven't really done much but I can see and feel why its addicting...last time I smoked was 2 days ago, I was ul for like 3 days str8 eith no food, I finally got about 4 hrs of sleep today n I can't get anymore right now. I feel sad, and just like crap. Im 19 5'10 n weigh 135 lbs...how long am I going to feel this way n what do I need to do to make myself feel better. No mater how bad I crave I won't do more...I'm at my hpuse n my mom took away my car keys so I won't be tempted to get more...I DONT WANT ANTI DRUG TALK. I know what I did n what it can do to you, I'm going to not do it again n have done everything I can to not get ahold of it...I just feel really sad right now n idk why...I just need advice on how long this will last n what I can do to make it easier

If you don't stay away from that stuff, you mind will slowly detach itself from reality, and you will become depressed. Give it a week

I have never done it before, but the best thing to do is spend a lot of time with your family and talk about memories and fun times. Find a silly hobby to do for a little bit to get your mind off it. As long as your doing something your mind won't be wondering. It's a bump in the road and I commend you for realizing your mistake this fast! Stay strong and remember that a lot of people can't do what you did and quit while their ahead. Keep up the good work. Just treat coming down like a cold, you know your going to get better soon enough so don't take it just day by day remember you be back to normal sooner than you think. = )

It will take a few more days. try preoccupying yourself with something if you can, like a video game or something.

Crystal Meth like many drugs will stay in your blood stream for a long time. Drinking high amounts of water will help clean your system a little bit faster which may make your crash dissapear faster.

Im going through the same as well lol but i would take a multi-vitamin,magnesium,5-htp,and stay hydrated.Your brain takes about 5-8 days to return dopamine and serotonin to baseline levels.
