4 days(conservative educated guess) But can stay in your fat cells for years. Also you can find traces of it in your hair. ACID09 is right....

Itll stay in your blood for like 4 days. You should drink alot of water too

When it rots your teeth and causes you to scratch open sores that scar, I'd say it stays in your body permanently.

Crystal meth is not fat soluble. It does not bond to fat cells. One of the biggest problems in tracing meth use is that it does not stay in the body for long. Although chemical tracers can be found in the blood, saliva and urine, these only stay there for about 72 hours. Doesn't matter if you do an ounce of meth or take only a hit. Its only tracable for a limited window of time. Meth use can be traced through hair follicles and that can be tested years after the fact.
